MY STORY
I know what it feels like
to put everyone else first.
I supported my gut and nourished my body in a way that gave me energy.
I moved my body for strength
and not for punishment.
I reconnected with who I am and what truly matters.
I healed my nervous system
so I could finally feel calm.
For years, I lived in survival mode constantly tired,
stressed, bloated and disconnected from myself.
I tried every diet, every productivity hack, every
wellness trend.
Nothing worked because the real problem wasn‘t my body.
II REALISED I WASN 'T BROKEN. I JUST NEEDED A DIFFERENT APPROACH.
So I decided to do things differently.
I studied, experimented, healed and rebuilt my life from the inside out.
Now, I help women
do the same.
