I‘m so glad you‘re here.

I help overwhelmed women who have lost

themself in taking care of everyone else

reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds

MY STORY

I know what it feels like 

to put everyone else first.

I supported my gut and nourished my body in a way that gave me energy.

I moved my body for strength

and not for punishment.

I reconnected with who I am and what truly matters.

I healed my nervous system

so I could finally feel calm.

For years, I lived in survival mode constantly tired, 

stressed, bloated and disconnected from myself.

I tried every diet, every productivity hack, every

wellness trend. 

Nothing worked because the real problem wasn‘t my body.

IT WAS THAT I HAD LOST ME.

So I decided to do things differently.

I studied, experimented, healed and rebuilt my life from the inside out.
