No. The discovery call is completely free and there's no obligation.

-Do you work with women outside the Uk ?

Yes. All coaching sessions are held online, so I work with women internationally . 

-Do I need to follow a strict diet ?

No. My approach is realistic and flexible. Toghether, we will build eating habits that support your health without restrective rules or cutting out the foods you love. 

-What if I don' t have much time?
